Hi, I'm La Donna Lange Holstine. I'm a certified Professional Life Coach with Specialization in Diet. & Nutrition, Living a Joyful Life, and Grief Coaching.

As a life coach, and with a faith-based approach, I can help you map a way forward to reaching your goals through carefully planned sessions and some homework. I'll assist you in creating a strategy to achieve your goals whether they are long or short-term. And I won't even put you through long, boring videos that get you nowhere. 

I offer self-paced (no 1:1 meetings) and accountability packages where we sit together, roll up our sleeves and begin to break down everything standing in your way from achieving your dreams and reaching your goals.
